Before you book an appointment, I ask that you read the following salon policies to ensure that you and others have a positive salon experience. If you have any questions, please contact me! Thank you.

On Your Appointment Day

Please come alone without guests to your appointment as the salon is inside of a private building and entry is for clients only.

Please plan for any guests to wait at a different location until you are done; thank you!

When you receive your confirmation email, please refer to the entry instructions at the bottom of the email.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so online up to 24 hours before the time of your booked appointment. If you must reschedule on the day of your appointment to a later date, a cancellation fee (50% of your booked service price) will be charged at your next appointment. If you no-show or cancel same day, a cancellation fee invoice will be sent to you via email (same applies for cancellations due to lateness). Unfortunately, if you are a first-time client and you no-show to your appointment without contacting, I will not be able to accept further appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

Please be mindful of the clients after you and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. If possible, I will do my best to adjust your service to fit the time or adjust to a shorter menu (no price adjustments), but it is not guaranteed. If you are running late, please send me a message as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if late arrivals are repetitive, I will not be able to accept further appointments.  

Design Policy

I am more than happy to deliver fully customized designs in the style you are looking for and inspiration images are always welcome. Please understand that all designs are done using the salon products only and exact replications may not be possible. Since I specialize in hand-drawn nail art, I do not replicate designs that are centered around pre-purchased charms and airbrush art. Charms are add-ons to your design, and they can be selected on the day from what is available at the time of your appointment.

Health Policy

To maintain the safety and health of everyone involved, the salon reserves the right to refuse services to those with any of the following symptoms:

  • infections of the nail and the surrounding skin upon arrival

  • history/symptoms of gel and acrylic allergies

  • significant bleeding from the nail or surrounding skin upon arrival

Repair Policy

Within 7 days after your nail appointment, repairs of any gel and acrylic chipping and lifting are free of charge. Free repairs only apply to clients who contact the salon within 7 days after the appointment and come in for the repair within 9 days after the appointment.​

 I want to ensure that every client leaves with a design that lasts; feel free to send me a message any time!

Please understand that the free repair policy does not cover:

  • adding extensions to fix a broken natural nail after receiving a gel service

  • changing the design/shape/length

  • removing a whole set

Any claims regarding the salon services resulting from client negligence of the above policies are not accepted.
