First-Time Deposit Policy

A one-time 5000¥ online deposit is required for all new clients to secure their first appointment.

Please find the payment link on the Appointment Requests page.

This amount will be deducted from your appointment total. In case of a valid cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in full. 

The payment deadline is 6 hours after your appointment request is submitted. Please ensure to submit the deposit by this deadline to prevent your appointment request from getting automatically declined.

No guests: please come alone to your salon appointment as building entry is for clients only. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel/reschedule your appointment, you can do so online up to 24 hours before. Otherwise, please contact me directly via email or message to cancel. Thank you.

  • Same-day cancellations = deposit non-refundable, or 50% cancellation fee

  • Lateness cancellations = deposit non-refundable, or 50% cancellation fee

  • No-shows by first-time clients = deposit non-refundable and blocked from future appointments

Late Arrival Policy

If you will be more than 10 minutes late, please communicate with me beforehand. Please be aware that, depending on the situation, your appointment may be cancelled if late.

In all other cases of late arrivals, you will be charged as booked, regardless of design reductions. Please review the menu you have booked beforehand, and please try your best to arrive on time to avoid this.

Unfortunately, if late arrivals are repetitive, I will no longer be able to book future appointments.

Design Policy

Design inspiration images are welcome under the acknowledgement that all designs are done using the salon products only and exact replications are not always possible. Since I specialize in hand-drawn nail art, I do not offer 3D parts, stencils, and stickers. Charms are add-ons to your design, and they can be selected on the day from what is available at the time of your appointment.

Health Policy

To maintain the safety and health of everyone involved, the salon may choose to refuse services to those with any of the following symptoms:

  • bleeding/discoloration/infection of the nail/surrounding skin upon arrival

  • history/symptoms of gel and acrylic allergies

Repair Policy

Within 7 days after your nail appointment, repairs of any gel and acrylic chipping and lifting are free of charge. Free repairs only apply to clients who contact the salon within 7 days after the appointment and come in for the repair within 9 days after the appointment.​

Please understand that the free repair policy does not cover:

  • adding extensions to fix a broken natural nail after receiving a gel service

  • changing the design/shape/length

  • removing a whole set
